MIG/MAG Welding Wire

MIG/MAG Welding Wire

The APA Welding Wire for Mild Steels is a copper-coated gas metal arc welding wire available in 11-pound and 33-pound spools. It comes in wire diameters of 0.030″, 0.035″, and 0.045″.

Apa Welding Wires are made of mild steel ER70S-6 with high levels of manganese and silicon deoxidizers. Apa Welding Wires are specifically designed for welding Carbon and Carbon-Manganese steels with high tensile strength. The copper coating enhances electrical conductivity and protects the wire from rusting. It is known for its ability to produce high-quality welds with low spatter and is suitable for various welding positions.

Welding Positions

– Steel construction and machinery production

– Welding of ships, boiler tanks, and pipe parts

– Welding of thin layer steels

– Thin sheet welding in the automotive industry

Shielding gases:

– MAG (Metal Active Gas): Ar+CO2 mix gases

– TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas): 100% Ar gas can be used.
